No — the dual suction cups have built-in vacuum clips that hold firmly in hot and cold weather alike, from summer heat to freezing winters.

I really love watching the birds eating at the window. The problem is these black birds and pigeons just showed up scaring off my doves and cardinals. They do get in there, but sometimes have to wait it out.

I was very excited to receive this bird feeder….however no matter where I hang it, birds don’t seem interested and will only use the other feeders my husband & I have in our yard and on our window. We used the same bird seed….a bird will fly near the feeder, but does not land to eat🤷🏻‍♀️

Looks great. Sticks to window very well until a squirrel took an interest. The weight of the squirrel was too much. Even so, when it fell it held up fairly well.
So, expect a really wonderful bird feeder and exciting experience of birds up close. Do not expect it to be squirrel proof.
I should add they do not claim to be squirrel proof. Only giving a heads up.
I gave it 5 stars. The rude squirrels are my own problem. 😂

Was excited to get this to feed the finches on my patio. Only problem and it is a serious one is that the feeder tray lip is too shallow. More seed spills than is ever eaten by the small birds. Very disappointing as quality finch feed is expensive.

I could not get it to stay on any of my windows. I kept losing the birdseed. I have sent them a request for a return label and have not heard from them. Waiting to see if this company is as good as it’s word.
They did refund the bird feeder. All I had to send them was the tracking number when I mailed the return. I received a full refund. They are as good as their word.
