Returns
We want you to love your Roamwild product. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. To start a return, just email us at info@roam-wild.com. We’ll send you the return shipping instructions and the address to send your package.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct item. If your original order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make an exchange before it leaves our warehouse — just reach out to us at info@roam-wild.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds
We’ll notify you as soon as we receive your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
