We are based in Ohio, US. All orders from the US are shipped from our US facility.

Shipping is free for all orders in the US.

We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them (Monday - Friday). Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.

If we have not yet dispatched your order we may be able to amend it, however, if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to return your items and we will then happily send out the items you wanted to change to.
