Mix 1 part plain white sugar with 4 parts water — no red dye, no honey, and no sugar substitutes, which can harm hummingbirds. Let it cool before filling the 20 fl oz reservoir.
How often should I change the nectar?
Every 1–2 days in hot weather (daily above 90°F) and every 2–3 days in cooler conditions, giving the feeder a rinse at each change. The built-in UV sunshade helps slow spoilage between changes.
How do I refill it?
Through the quick easy-filling port — you do not need to take the feeder apart for everyday refills.
