Frequently asked questions
What makes the Platinum Jubilee edition different?
It is the proven PestOff Squirrel Proof Bird Feeder in two commemorative Platinum Jubilee finishes — Purple or Silver — with the same squirrel-defeating design.
How does it stop squirrels?
Every feeding port is individually spring-loaded, closing instantly when a squirrel or any animal heavier than a songbird lands. Heavy-duty metal baffles and a riot-shield-grade tube mean no squirrel has chewed through it.
How much seed does it hold?
It holds 1.6 quarts (1.5 liters) of birdseed. Seed is not included.
Is it weatherproof?
Yes — it is 100% weatherproof with a built-in rain guard above the seed ports, keeping seed dry and fresh year-round.
How do I clean and refill it?
It disassembles easily without tools and comes ready to use straight out of the box.
